FAQ

How to prepare for photoshoot?

To help the photographer best understand your preferences, tastes, and goals, create a mood board featuring images that resonate with you and may have initially inspired your photoshoot.

Plan ahead by considering your outfit and wardrobe details. Opt for a timeless look if it complements the theme of your shoot. Select accessories or props that add a personal touch, such as a signature hat, a favorite book, or a family heirloom.

Bring multiple outfit options in different colors, styles, and fabrics. Avoid busy patterns, as solid colors are easier to edit, especially in case of wrinkles. If your clothing wrinkles easily, transport it separately to keep it in the best condition.

Discuss your outfit choices with the photographer and take test photos to see how they appear on camera, making adjustments in advance if needed.

Keep makeup minimal—natural looks are always a great starting point. If planning a haircut before the shoot, do so only if you fully trust your hairdresser and have a clear vision of your desired look.

Where are you based and do you travel?

I'm Miami based photographer and yes I love to travel! If you want me to work on you project, it will require a travel fee, depending on where it takes place. Please be aware that photographer will require both way transportation if the photoshoot takes place outside of Miami (Brickell) area. You can estimate the cost with Uber and Lift apps. If traveling takes more than 1 hour you can be charged traveling fee of $25/hour.

When will I get my photos?

You will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within two weeks. The editing process may take additional time, depending on the volume and complexity of the work.

Your gallery will allow you to select your favorite photos, download, share, and even order prints! Please note that only the event package includes full footage downloads. All other packages come with a limited number of downloads, and any additional images must be purchased separately.

How do I order editing?

Editing is a crucial part of the creative process that enhances the final images and makes them truly special. Pricing varies based on the scope of work and the creative goals of the project.

Most packages already include professional editing. If an image requires more advanced editing beyond what the package includes, the photographer will provide additional fee options.
Editing is not included if you are purchasing extra original images outside of the package and need to be percussed separately as an additional service.

If you are not sure which images to choose or hesitating between some of them, photographer will help you make that hard decision. The gallery functions provide a seamless and convenient way for clients to be involved in the post-production process. You can easily select your favorite images, share comments with the photographer, perchas, print and download images.

What are the printing options?

Our gallery offers a wide range of built-in printing and framing options. Simply choose your preferred style, media, and size, then place your order with ease.

For those seeking exhibition-quality prints, we also offer professional artistic printing, personally supervised and signed by the photographer. This option ensures the highest level of craftsmanship for showcasing your images.

How to choose best location for my photoshoot?

Miami is filled with stunning outdoor locations. Photographer will provide you with list of recommended spots. Keep in mind Miami’s hot and humid conditions, as well as the harsh lighting of midday sun. The best time for outdoor photoshoots without shade is before 11:30 AM and after 2:00 PM. Additionally, most gated locations close by 4-5 PM, so be sure to plan accordingly.

A studio can be an excellent solution for many sessions. There are various studios available near your location, offering controlled lighting and professional settings. Studio rental costs start at $50 per hour and must be reserved in advance. Some studios also provide furniture, props, and themed rooms to enhance your photoshoot.

Some photoshoots can take place in the comfort of your home, ensuring the most authentic and personal environment. If choosing this option, make sure that you can provide enough space for a couple of light sources on tripods and possibly a backdrop.

How to communicate my Idea with photographer?

We recommend creating a mood board that reflects your vision for the photoshoot. Platforms like Pinterest are perfect for sharing your inspiration. The visuals can cover any aspect of your idea individually, from colors and poses to styling and overall mood. The more information the photographer has, the better the outcome will be, ensuring that the final images align perfectly with your vision.

Do I need an assistant on photoshoot?

The benefits of having an assistant on set are endless. The process will go much faster, creating a more comfortable environment for both the photographer and the model. An assistant can help with various tasks, allowing for a smoother, more efficient shoot. Whether it’s someone you know or one of our trusted partners, having an extra set of hands ensures everything runs seamlessly and everyone stays focused on the creative process.
