THE EDITING PROCESS

Our editing process is strategic and intentional. We focus on minimizing visual distractions — subtle elements that might draw the viewer’s eye away from the subject’s true presence. Recognizing that it's nearly impossible to control every detail during a shoot, we polish the images to enhance clarity while preserving authenticity. We always welcome your input on editing directions to ensure that we take care of the finest details to achieve desired impression.

FAQ

How do I book a photography session?

Booking a photography session is easy. Simply reach out to us through our website, email, or phone, and let us know the type of session you're interested in. We'll guide you through the process, discuss your requirements, and find a convenient date and time for your session. To secure your date, a half price deposit is required.

To book a slot at the upcoming photoshoot event at your corporate location, please use the 'Corporate & Coworking Member Booking' link at the top of the page. A deposit is required to complete your booking.

Can I choose the location for my photo shoot?

Absolutely! We believe that the location plays a significant role in capturing unique and personalized photographs. Whether it's at your home, a scenic outdoor location, or a venue of your choice, we're open to capturing your portraits in a place that holds meaning to you. We are happy to provide a curated list of outdoor locations, studios, hotels, and other venues that perfectly complement your story.

Packages do not included any location access expenses.

How long does it take to receive the final edited photos?
We understand the anticipation of seeing your final photos. Our editing process typically takes 1-2 weeks, depending on the volume of images and the complexity of editing required. We prioritize quality and attention to detail to deliver exceptional images that exceed your expectations.
how does rescheduling and canceling works

In case of unforeseen circumstances, your photoshoot can be rescheduled.

If you choose to cancel your session, part or all of your deposit may be withheld.

If the weather doesn't cooperate on the day of an outdoor shoot, we can discuss alternatives such as rescheduling the session or finding an indoor location. We want to ensure the best possible outcome for your photos, and we're flexible in adapting to unforeseen circumstances.

For coworking space members, you’re welcome to reschedule your time slot for another available time within the same day (days) of photoshoot event at your location. Alternatively, your session can be moved to the next available photoshoot day at one of your coworking space locations. In this case, your deposit will be held until that time. Please note: In the event of cancellation without rescheduling, the full deposit will be withheld.

How to prepare for Photoshoot?
  • Plan your wardrobe in advance. Think through your outfit choices and any additional wardrobe details that may enhance your look.
  • Go for a timeless look. If it aligns with the purpose of your photoshoot, classic styles often age well and remain versatile.
  • Bring multiple outfit options. Pick different colors, styles, and fabrics to provide variety and have best outcome.
  • Choose pans over shorts and longer skirts, this will give you the freedom needed for comfortable and flattering posing.
  • Be mindful of fit. Avoid baggy or oversized clothing, as it can distort your body proportions in photographs.
  • Avoid busy patterns. Solid colors work best, as they are easier to edit and reduce distractions.
  • Manage wrinkles. If your clothing wrinkles easily, transport it separately or request a steamer at least 10 minutes before your session.
  • Consider accessories. Small details like a wristwatch or pocket square can add sophistication to your look.
  • Keep makeup light and natural. A subtle, natural base is easier to adjust during editing and suits most photography styles.
  • Be cautious when getting a haircut—hairdressers often trim a bit more than expected to make the style last longer. It's best to schedule your haircut at least two weeks before your session, unless you're confident in your hairdresser’s skills and know exactly what result you will get.
